Ingredients for 1 kg of bread
400 g nutrifree bread mix
100 g buckwheat flour without gluitine
18 g brewer's yeast
400 g of water
20 g extra virgin olive oil
8 g salt up

Method
Place the mix and the buckwheat flour in a fountain and mix well, create a hole.
Dissolve the yeast in a second bowl with water and add to the flour; mix everything, very slowly, then add the oil and salt and work until a soft mixture is obtained.
Let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes, until it has doubled its volume, then flour the hands and form with the mixture of the loaves of about 300 g each, dent with the knife.
Let them stand for 35-40 minutes, then cook the loaves in the hot oven at 18-200 ° C for 25-30 minutes; crank out and let it dry on a raised grill for half an hour and serve.
