Ingredients for 8 people:
250 g Mix Dolci Sarchio
4 eggs
160 g Sarchio brown sugar
60 g sunflower seed oil
100 g white yogurt
20 ml lemon juice
10 g poppy seeds
the zest of 1 grated lemon
16 g baking powder for gluten-free cakes
Flour of rice Sarchio

Proceeding
Place the mixing paddle in the bowl of Cukò Pro Xl, then open the eggs and pour the sugar, stir at vel. 3 for 2 minutes.
Pour the Sarchio sweet mix and stir vel. 4 for 4 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients directly into the bowl and mix tog. 5 for 3 minutes at the end, turn the dough a little more with a spatula if necessary, then pour the mixture into a bowl.
Oil a plum cake pan with paper, sprinkle with rice flour and pour into it the mixture created previously.
Preheat the oven to 180 º º º. and when it is at temperature put to cook the plum cake for 35 minutes.
Remove at the end of cooking and let the cake cool for about 40 minutes before serving.
