20 g extra virgin olive oil
600 g mussels pilute
20 g white wine
ground black pepper
4 slices of toasted bread

Procedure
Insert the steel blade into the container, add the garlic, parsley and oil and blend vel.10 for 4 minutes at 100°.
Remove the blade and add the mixing shovel, pour the mussels, the white wine and cook 10 minutes to 110° vel 3.
Serve the hot mussels with a slice of toast.
