Ingredients:

With the help of a knurled coppapasta, cut out wavy circles of shortcrust pastry and bake in the center with a small circular shape; transfer the biscuits obtained on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the hot oven at 175 ºC for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 15 minutes before serving
