1 onion, already chopped
1 clove of garlic already chopped
60 g extra virgin olive oil
3 g of cumin powder
6 g sweet paprika
5 g strong paprika
500 g beef (for stew)
8 g of fine salt
500 g of water
1 cube of meat
1 green pepper cut into squares
1 potato cut into cubes
4 leaves of laurel

Place the mixing shovel in the bowl. Put the oil, onion, chopped garlic and toast vel. 3 to 100°C for 3 minutes.
Add the meat together with the spices and salt and cook vel. 3 to 90°C for 20 minutes.
Pour the water and the cube into the container and cook vel 2 90° C 30 minutes.
Complete by adding the papate and peppers and cook at vel.3 100° C for 30 minutes.
Remove the goulash from the dish and serve in individual plates with a bay leaf.
