The recipe for a traditional dessert, typical of breakfast or snack prepared at home with simple ingredients. A thousand variations have been proposed, I love the classic enriched with white yogurt.
Yogurt is in all respects a food, is produced by the fermentation of milk with a medium-low calorie intake. There are variations with the fruit in pieces, without fat, with fiber, without lactose and although they cannot be considered yogurt, there are also vegetable versions such as soy.
It is believed that yogurt was produced in Turkey as early as the sixth century BC

the culture of home preparation has spread thanks to the simplicity of finding the ingredients and the delicacy of the result. All this can be achieved with or without yogurtiera thanks to bacterial cultures, milk and an incubation period at about 42 months.
Ingredients (for 8 people):
200 g whole white yogurt
200 g prepared Yeast sweets Molino dallagiovanna
190 g eggs
130 g granulated sugar
16 g gluten-free baking powder for desserts
80 ml sunflower oil
A vial aroma vanilla
20 g bitter cocoa
gluten-free powdered sugar for dusting
Process to make the dough
Mix the preparation in a bowl with the yeast.
In a separate bowl, whip the eggs and sugar with electric whisks until they are white and foamy. Add the yogurt, continuing to work, then pour the oil, always stirring gently.
At this point add the yeast and flour, working until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
Place half the dough in a bowl and add the vanilla aroma, in the other half, pour the cocoa dose and mix.
Method of firing:
Take a mold from plum cake lined with baking paper, first pour the white dough, then the cocoa part and with a fork mix floor from bottom to top to create the variegation.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 ºC for 45 minutes, then remove from the oven, allow to cool and sprinkle as desired with icing sugar.
