Method:
In a bowl dissolve the yeast with a little water and put aside.
Slowly add the liquid in the flour, work the dough with energy until it forms a smooth and homogeneous loaf.
Divide the dough into 6 loaves, let it grow in a sheltered place for about 1 hour. Roll out the loaves, make six discs, place one part of the filling on each, add the cooked ham and the mozzarella, fold the trousers in half, press well to the edges so that they do not open. Pour two tablespoons of oil onto the trousers, bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at a temperature of 250 ° for about 20 minutes.
