Ingredients for 1 kg of turmeric bread without gluten

Ingredients for 200 g of gluten-free chariot

90 g of water
1 g fresh brewer's yeast
10 g acacia honey

Procedure for the chariot
Arrange the mixture in a bowl, add the crumbled yeast, pour the water and knead it all together to form a smooth and homogeneous ball. Cover the terrine with kitchen foil and leave for 18/24 hours; after this time the chariot will be ready to be used in recipes.

Process for turmeric bread
Pour the mix together with the gluten-free bean flour, the chariot, and start mixing the two flours with one hand, pour the water in a second bowl together with the brewer's yeast and mix well with the tines of a fork . Pour the liquid part, very slowly to the flour, squeezing the mixture with your hands, then add the oil, vinegar and salt and work until you get a homogeneous consistency.
Transfer everything into a bowl, wet the surface of the dough and cover everything with some film.
Let rise for 3 hours, until it has doubled its volume, then divide the mixture into 2 equal parts formarate of the strands, wet the surface of the two strands with water and sprinkle with sunflower seeds; sprinkle with cornmeal.
Store the turmeric bread to rise for another 40-50 minutes.
Arrange the loaves on a pan lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 230 ° C for about 10 minutes and after the first few minutes of cooking put the oven at 190 ° C and complete the cooking for another 30 minutes. Once baked, let your donut rest before serving on a raised grill.
