Method
Ingredients for 6 sandwiches
300 g Nutrifree bread mix
240 g water
8 g fresh brewer's yeast
14 g extra virgin olive oil
4 g salt

50 spicy salami without gluten
50 g scamorza
For the Spolvio
Gluten-free corn flour
Rice flour without gluten

Method
Insert the flour mix, the water, the crumbled yeast into the PAGNOTTA container, select program 2, the browning level and press the START key, let the water mix with the mix for a few minutes, check the consistency of the dough if necessary to help the dough with a spatula and add the rest of the ingredients.
After 1 hour and 16 minutes at the signal of the machine (10 BIP), transfer the dough onto a floured span with cornmeal and rice mixed, divide into 6 parts and set aside, cut the salami and the smoked cheese into pieces the sandwiches and crush with your hands forming small circles, place the sausage and smoked cheese in the middle and close in the shape of a sandwich.
Place the sandwiches stuffed in the special accessory and put them in the cooking support, insert in the bread machine and press the MENU button.
At the end of the program, take the rolls out of the containers within a few seconds and place them on a rack to cool them.
