Ingredients
320 g Nutrifree Sweet Mix
10 g of bitter cocoa allowed

160 g Gluten-free soy drink
90 g natural water

2 egg yolks

60 g caster sugar
1 g of cinnamon
Fine rice flour for dusting Nutrifree
Icing sugar allowed for dusting

Method
Insert the water, soy drink and baking powder in the container, select program 5, the level of browning, the ciabatta mold and press the START key, let the liquids mix for a few minutes, add the flour and cocoa mix bitter, and the rest of the other ingredients in the PAGNOTTA container, check the consistency of the dough if necessary, help the dough with a spatula.
After 1 hour and 4 minutes at the signal of the machine (10 BIP), transfer the dough on a floured surface with rice flour, divide into 6 parts form six cylinders to weave directly in the container CIABATTA oiled and floured, let rise the two mold 15 minutes at room temperature.
After the rest time, place the accessories in the support provided, insert it in the machine and press the MENU button.
At the end of the program, remove the braids from the containers within a few minutes and place them on a grid to cool them, at the end of their rest, sprinkle with icing sugar.
