Ingredients for 1 kg of dough
500 g Mix Baked cakes Molino dalla Giovanna
380 g of water
10 g honey thousand flowers
10 g granulated sugar
60 g pure boiled carrots
20 g black pitted olives
25 g of beer yeast
30 g sunflower seed oil
5 g of fine salt

Program: 1
Gold plating: dark brown
Form loaf of bread
Time: 2 hours and 23 minutes

Procedure 
Put the water and the crumbled yeast and the honey and sugar in the PAGNOTTA container, select the program 1, the dark brown and press the START button, let all the ingredients mix for 3 minutes, at this point add the mix, the puree of carrots drained earlier, let mix a few more minutes.

At this point add the oil, when everything is incorporated and the dough will be compact and homogeneous wait until the machine enters the rising and then the cooking.

At the end of the program after 2 hours and 23 minutes, remove the bread from the container within minutes. Place it on a grill and let it cool for a couple of hours before cutting.
