Ingredients for 4 people 
150 g leek in rounds
80 g extra virgin olive oil
1 carrot
200 g of peas
1 celery rib cut into cubes
1 potato
400 g water water
1 cube of vegetable broth
8 g fine salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
100 g quinoa in beans
4 tufts of basil

Procedure

Place the stainless steel blade in the container. Put the leek, carrots, celery and extra virgin olive oil, set vel.1 to 90°cfor 4 minutes.
Add the peas, l’M water , the cube, the potato and cook vel.1 to 100° for 45 minutes and then blend vel.8 for 1 minute.
Place the mixing shovel in the bowl, add the quinoa and cook for 30 minutes at 80°.
Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprig of basil.
