Ingredients for 1 kg of dough
500 g Mix Nutrifree Bread
60 g gluten-free millet flour
360 g of water
10 g honey acacia
25 g fresh yeast
30 g sunflower seed oil
8 g fine salt

Procedure
Put the water and the crumbled yeast and the honey in the PAGNOTTA container, select the program 1, the dark gilding and press the START button, let mix all the ingredients 3 minutes, at this point add the mixture and millet flour, Allow to stir a few more minutes.
At this point add the oil, when everything is incorporated and the mixture is compact and homogeneous, wait for the machine that goes into leavening, dust the surface of the dough with millet flour and wait for the machine to start in cooking mode.
At the end of the program after 2 hours and 23 minutes, remove the bread from the container within minutes. Place it on a grill and let it cool for a couple of hours before cutting.
