Ingredients for 2 squashes
500 g Special mix and Pizza Molino Dalla Giovanna without lactose
20 g fresh yeast
400 g water
50 g extra virgin olive oil
5 g salt up
1 golden onion
dried oregano
Very fine rice flour
extra virgin olive oil
To fill it with:
200g of Parma ham

Duration: 2 hours and 20 minutes

Proceeding
Place the mix in a bowl and mix with the water in which the crumbled yeast has previously dissolved. Stir for a few minutes until the dough consistency is checked and then add oil and salt to taste. Form a ball and rest for 1 hour.
After the rising time, transfer the dough on a pastry board floured with rice flour, divide into two parts and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Grease your hands with oil and crush until you get an elongated shape, so let rest for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel an onion in half and slice it thinly, season with oil and oregano and stir with a spoon, divide the onion into the two mashed and place in a preheated oven to 210 students. for 35/40 minutes 180 i. degrees.
