Ingredients for 10 bars
50 g special bran without gluten
50 g gluten-free corn flakes
20 g gluten-free roasted millet
20 g linseed
10 g sunflower seeds
20 g sultanas
100 g brown sugar
90 g butter
80 g honey acacia

Time: 35 minutes plus rest
Difficulty level: easy

Proceeding
Pour into a bowl 30 g of special bran and 30 g of corn flakes and the remaining cereal crumble with your hands and add all the other ingredients in order and keep aside.
In a saucepan melt the butter together with the honey and sugar, bring to a boil and add to the mixture, mix well with a spoon and pour on a sheet of parchment paper, cover with another sheet and roll out with a rolling pin to the thickness of 5 mm, Refrigerate for 24 hours.

After resting, slice the classic finger shape and serve.


Note: Toast the millet in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180 thus.
