Ingredients for the panna cotta
300 g fresh cream without lactose
50 g lactose free milk
90 g granulated sugar
½ vanilla bean
3 g agar agar

Procedure for the panna cotta
Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix with a whisk by hand, cook over moderate heat until boiling. Then lower the heat and continue to stir for another 3/4 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour into the mold until filled, put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
