Ingredients for 1 kg of bread:
400 g of bread mix Nutrifree gluten free
100 g buckwheat flour Nutrifree gluten free
20 g of brewer's yeast fresh
300g of water
100g beer pilsen (Green's)
20g of extra virgin olive oil
10g of salt up

Procedure

Place the gluten-free flours in a bowl in a fountain and mix with one hand.

Melt the yeast in a second bowl with the water and the beer add to the flour, mix everything together, very slowly, then add the oil and salt and work until a soft mixture is obtained.

Let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes,until it has doubled its volume, then flour the hands and form with the mixture of the loaves of about 200 g. Let them rest for 40 minutes, then cook the rustic loaves in the oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes; churning out and serving.

Note:
To prepare some rustic loaves, once the mixture has been prepared, divide it into parts of 250-300 g and mold them into small slices; bake in the hot oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
