Together with chef Marco, we prepare a perfect, gluten-free fresh pasta. We will discover that the recipe is simple and, thanks to the valuable advice of the chef who will reveal some little trick,  we will get results appreciated also by those who have no problems of intolerance and allergies. We will make: buckwheat noodles, potato dumplings with chickpea flour, classic Bolognese tortellini,  orecchiette with lentil flour,  crespelle with flour, ravioli ricotta and spinach with bean flour.
